1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by Bryan Garzon, owner of the Otterlybaby brand, Calle Tomás Meabe 15, Madrid. Spain; CP: 28019. You can reach us at Supportotterly@proton.me.  By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. USING THIS SITE

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with how it works, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product photos may show the item in use for illustration. If a product isn't as described, your remedy is set out in our Refund Policy.

Important safety note: the Otterly Bath Visor is a bath-time accessory designed to help keep water and shampoo away from a child's face. It is not a safety or flotation device and does not replace adult supervision. Never leave a child unattended in or near water, even for a moment. Always follow the instructions included with the product.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless your local currency is displayed. The currency and the total you'll be charged, including shipping and any taxes we're required to collect, are shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fees.
- Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, as described in our Shipping Policy.
- Bundle prices apply only to the bundle options shown on the product page and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.
- We may change prices or offers at any time. Changes don't affect orders you've already placed.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

5. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Delivery times, shipping costs and what happens if a package is lost are described in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-day no-tears promise is described in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. REVIEWS AND CONTENT YOU SEND US

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it's your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to display it on our site and social media. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product. We don't pay for or edit reviews to change their meaning.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Otterly name, logo, text, images and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The site uses third-party services such as our e-commerce platform, payment providers and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle your information.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues can be solved by email. Nothing in this section limits the consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country or state where you live.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
